Dragging my feet

Did not feel like going to work today, had to drag myself out of bed. Arrived at the office an hour late. Quite an eventful day though, with the Prime Mnister announcing a stimulus package (a second one in 3 years) to help the economy from the effects of SARS and war, etc. The first time was after September 11 2001, where there were a whole lot of infra projects announced and also incentives to encourage spending. This time, the focus was more on small companies and SARS-affected industries like tourism…. I think I am the only one excited here so will stop at that.
