This time a year ago

I had just landed at Heathrow airport with Eddy, and met with this guy. And then set off to Nottingham to stay with Com. The start of a two-week adventure. *sigh*

This year, it has been a series of brief escapes, mostly for work and they’re usually less than 48 hours long. Don’t even qualify for Cuti-cuti Malaysia.

Last week, it was a stayover in Penang. Another place with memories related to sailing. Natsukashii. First experience with sea legs, and other interesting happenings. Can’t believe it has been almost six years.

Half year review:

So far so good, apart for an abandoned trip to the British Isles, first scheduled for this week. Worked and got distracted along the way by family and friends, new and old.

Six months ago, I started to think if I should just go right ahead and ask you a question. Now, I figured you’re not that into me. It’s all good, though.
