Sometimes, you are faced with a conflict. For example, you are present when your good friend gives a dressing down to your client and you don’t know how to react. To say the situation is awkward is an understatement. You can’t be telling your old friend off in front of your client. And you can’t exactly defend your client without risking your friendship.
